Juve were in shambles before Conte came how'd you expect Marchisio to perform as WC player when the entire team playing like shit and he was one of the youngster in the team. Though during that dark period he scored some beautiful goals one of them against Inter.
During Allegri era he was WC for 2 seasons but injury cut his career short. If not for that injury he would've had more WC seasons under Allegri and retire here.
Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba looked stronger because they have specialty in their game. Vidal with tackles and goalscoring instinct, Pirlo with passing, vision, and set pieces, Pogba with strong physique, dribble and technique. These kind of players tend to be rated higher but actually they have their own weaknesses. While Marchisio was solid 8 in all aspects, he did't steal spotlight but he was the one who made the team ticking

I personally would choose any of those 3 in their primes over marchisio all biasness aside. Even before Conte came, players like Del Piero and Buffon were still clearly World Class players. Maybe my judgment is a little clouded because his last few seasons he looked slow and not up to pace, but my initial point is that Ramsey isn’t se scrub average player and could be as important to the squad as marchisio.

U drunk dude ofc Buffon and ADP were World Class they were already great players and they were experienced players you can't compared them to Marchisio who was still youngster at the beginning of his career. His last few seasons were affected by injury, he suffered ACL injury. You know what ACL injury means for sportperson right?

It looks like we might actually get rid of those who have been on the winning side (Khedira, Mandzo). I doubt we are looking to sell Chiello or Bonucci.
