Pjanic is not Pogba. He doesn’t have the legs to play b2b. His suits the Pirlo role more.

We have to go out there and buy the next Pogba.

    he can stay central. Just go up when we get the ball. Leave Matuidi behind to defend, not up and Sturaro the ball.

    Matuidi has never been a defensive midfielder, that’s not his game. France tried to play him in that role alongside Pogba and it failed, so they introduced Kante instead to play the DM role and pushed Matuidi to left mid.

    Matuidi either plays b2b or he doesn’t play.

    just give them khedira with the promise of bonucci in the summer once De Ligt is secured. they get the mid and defender they want, we get a midfielder we need now, and watch the meltdown on aftv afterwords. win win

    I prefer having him stay back with another mid when we have the ball. Let Pjanic go forward when we have possession. 4-3-3 when we defend, 4-2-3-1 when we attack.

    Pirlo used to come forward too when we have the ball close to the goal, im not sure why Pjanic couldnt. he scored some nice goals the few times he did

    in some cases, Matuidi can be useful though, to support AS who is all alone on the left when Ronaldo goes into the box. but through the middle, Pjanic for sure

    Blaise is very useful. I want him to win balls, cover for AS or Pjanic when they're up.

    Ramsey would flourish more under ZZ than with Max.

    I’m happy to wait til next season. If anyone was needed now for our midfield it’s Pogba. But that ain’t gonna happen.

    well he's always said that the premier league trophy is the only thing missing.
    As for Max, just sit him down with AA and Paratici and let them show him facts and figures and tell him straight. He has no input what so ever, a free loader blah blah blah. Max will abide either way
