Dont care much for the Bond movies, theyve been all downhill after Brosnan made his debut in Goldeneye. Quite like the Batman movies that featured Val Kilmer and George Clooney. Batman Begins should be a whole lot more interesting with Christian Bale.

As for Bond, what do you guys make of Eric Bana or errm Robbie Williams?

Actually he healed and saved Bond movies, gave them new good quality.
Most previous Bonds' movies was incredible annoying and boring.
My fav one was "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" - the plot was the best.

Fabi is right: they didnt want to renew his contract: well first they wanted to do it, then they resigned, cause they wanted to hire someone, who is younger. Now they should start to make movie and they are without Bond, losers.

Pierce Brosnan :star: for me.

I'm not sure, who I would like to be next Bond: from all you metioned in the thread: Eric Bana could be good, he was on the wish list, but I read that he refused already.

Surely not Farrell: what an annoying bastard, I cant stand him.

Ewan: too nice and sweet to be Bond. Apart from that: after all those Star Wars weird movies: I hhardply can imagine him as Bond.

Robbie Williams: that's the joke.

How about we do more on Bond than just finding the new actor, here are some questions for you.

Which is your favorite Bond movie and why?
    Who was the best Bond?
Which movie had the best plot?
Are the older ones better than the new ones?
What are your favorite characters in the movies?
What is the most important thing that makes a Bond movie what it is?
    add your question

Don't answer all just for the sake of answering, answer those questions you relate to and give some reasons for your choice too.

Robby Williams sucks in everything he does. He is back on drugs, btw.

    Bring back Sean Connery!
Yeah Sean Connery or Pierce Brosnan

or wait for someone who is worthy to take the job

To be honest about this whole 'who should be the new Bond thing', im not trying to sound sarcastic when i mention Robbie Williams as James Bond, simply because he has this certain energy and hype he brings with being, him. And i think that could be a major positive. Bond movies have lost their charm to an extent. Tomorrow never dies and Die another day werent quite there imo. And the franchise hinges on this new movie. So whoever is cast is going to have to shoulder the responsibility of reviving the romanticism of being James Bond. With Robbie Williams, as seen above in some of your posts, its expectations or rather the lack of them that could well do the trick.

Yeah, tell me about it. Here in Albany I simply don't go to clubs anymore.

NYC is a place to be. Dozens and dozens of clubs playing house and trance.

A lot of Americans like dance music (don't forget, all modern dance/electronic styles derived from Disco). But it's a phenomenon observed only in large cities. And to them everything (house, trance, progressive) is "techno" :D

How do you know PvD will be in the City for the new year's? Which club? I bet it's gonna be at least $100 to get in.

It was really funny to see all those Americans dancing to this kind of music :D but at least they like good stuff

Because yesterday when Tiesto finished there were some people giving out fliers that said that. Hes gonna have like a six hour set and its gonna be a huge party. I had to throw the flier away because I was too angry!

Ok, I'll try to find that out.

A bunch of my friends are going to the City for new year's. I don't know how good of an idea is it though. They are gonna freeze their asses off at Times Square.
