Who wants this guy? He is taking a piss and don't give a fuck about Juventus? He doesn't respect the history and the club. Clearly he doesn't want to play in Italy. But we are begging this 34yrs old guy to come here against his will.... pathetic directors
Maybe we should try you as director..
Di Maria is a great player who can really dribble and create - In case you missed it we cant create shit..
Allegri really wants him and for good reason

If I was him I'd rather joined us than Barcelona. Being an ex Madrid player and all.
Yeah I dont think he gives a crap about loyalty..

Haggling over Locatelli or groveling to Di Maria looks pathetic indeed , but I much rather prefer this approach than to throw money and hope for the best. The management is trying to account for every possible penny, which is a welcome change from the Tici era.

I like Di Maria but chasing him for so long is neither healthy nor worth it.
So with all our problems that need to be fixed - Would it be wiser to just splash money on a pernmanent winger?
Yeah it would fix the position but then we would have another position need to be fixed with no cash to address...
Di Maria on a one year loan and then we take the money the next year and buy a pernmanent one meanwhile addressing other areas like CB LB CM and even a forward.
Also a "finished" Di Maria is still better than most "unfinished" players...

Running around circles chasing an unmotivated, past his prime 34 year old player is not a welcome change

If they are trying to account every possible penny, they wouldn't be offering €7M net for a washed up player who doesn't even want to be here in the first place

Maybe it was a mistake to give Allegri more power in influencing transfer decisions.

Great point! With prior management’s difficulty on acquiring quality players I was all for Max having more say in getting players. If he doesn’t get the job done all he has to do is look in the mirror.

Though after seeing Miretti’s play in a few matches I’m beginning to question Max’s ability to recognize talent? Read enough posts about Max being handed a championship team years ago? That said you still have to be a very good manager to accomplish what Max did ….. as a Juve fan still completely in his corner!
