It is. This whole "contract with RM" thing makes no sense at all. Unless it's a kind of contract that only get's activated if they decide to buy him back and it never comes to life earlier. It may sound too easy but it is exactly like that. The biggest power Real has with the buy-back is that they have no competition unless Morata rejects them and they can always throw some ridiculous wage at him that Juventus will never be able to match.

It doesn't work this way. They can't just buy him. The only thing that the buy-back clause means is that Madrid can offer the 35m at any time and Juventus won't have any saying in the transfer. But Morata will. If he won't want to come back to Real then he simply won't and they have absolutely 0...

I'm pretty sure they can't force a player to join them. Every transfer needs to be accepted by a player, this isn't NHL or NBA.
