Just thinking that Padoin is a bit better offensively as RWB than Isla judging from his recent matches playing there; while Isla is a better LWB (or RWB, doesn't really matter) defensively than Padoin, especially against fast athletic player like Cuadrado.

I don't see why Padoin couldn't play RWB while Isla is playing on the left.
