For the depth? We already have Zebina, Birindelli, Salihamidzic, Grygera, Criscito, Boumsong, Legrottagli, Chiellini, Molinaro and probably Milito, that are 10 players for maximum 4 spots. If you want Barzagli added to that list, I am sure one or two will have to go.

I don't see us buying two expensive players for our backline unless we sell some players first. We won't sign Barzagli and Milito unless players like Boum or Leggro aren't sold, especially since we also already have Grygera and Criscito for that spot, it would be too much.

Nice, the defence is coming togheter nicely, Grygera, Barzagli, Chiellini, so no one extra good Cb left, and vlatko, with regard to the playing togheter, well, that is what friendlies are for.

If we can get Barzagli due to this, then I don't really mind since next summer, Olivera, Gasbaronni (I think) and Kapo might return, surely one of them is capable of replacing Marchionni.

In exchange for Pazzini, hopefully this won't happen.

We need him next season, the defenders we have now, are ok for serieB. Boumsong, Kovac, Tudor are three CB's a lot of teams will be jalous on, maybe even some serieA teams. Next season will be ok, then we need him.
