It's scary that it took this long for Fagioli to finally get minutes. I can't imagine he became great over night. Max would of been watching him and McKennie everyday in training yet he still played McKennie... That is scary.

Don't agree at all. Mourinho is famous for blaming himself or making a fool of himself in front of the media to distract the attention of the media / public and protect his players. Obviously he won't get along with every player he has ever managed but most of them love him.
