Really getting annoyed... I plan to go to the Juve-Inter game on 28th february and would be good to have the member card for the time the member sales begin. If someone renewed their memberships this year, how long did it take to get the pack ? Ive been waiting for over 2 months already.

I have also a question about the delivery. If someone here has renewed their membership this season, is the "welcome pack status" on the home page (if you log in) always "pending" or it changes to "sent" or something ? Havent recieved anything for about 2 months.

If I renew my membership, then I can buy member sale tickets from listicket even the next day and it will be on my stadium card ? (I dont have to wait for the package ?) Planing to go to the first CL game against Malmö. I remember the first time I bought membership the pack took about 1,5 months..

Hi, am I correct that if I made my membership last year and it says on the stadium card that it expires 2024, I can buy game tickets on member sale times til 2024 ?

I got it a week ago so probably not :D the website says too that if you renew your stadium card then it will last for 10 years.

On my card its says "Valid thru: 09/23" so 10 years I guess.

I recieved the member card just on time to buy Juve-Real ticket & when I saw whats on the card I got it. Identificativo del supporto = Supporters Card Nr. & Codice di sicurezza / listicket = Web Ticket Nr.

Anyone ? I really need to know it & listicket takes too long to answer.
