Must be something with your computer then if you connect fine through your phone on the same network. You could try and add this line to your hosts file and disable your firewall temporarily: forum.juventuz.org 5.9.0.84

Just open the hosts file (google for the location of it if you don't know) then comment with # or remove the line containing forum.juventuz.org. Then save the file. Empty browser cache. Try connecting again. You could also open command prompt/terminal and type this: traceroute...
