No, I was talking all in kilobits per second. All my numbers are. :) That means my current top speed is about 35 kilobytes per second and in the future will hopefully be around 256 kilobytes per second. Well you know internet 2 has been coming for years but I still don't see anything.... :D

Reza, I bet you looked that one up somewhere. Those are all theoretical speeds, it all depends on the provider what you get. In Norway they offer you 384/128kbps and they call that broadband... :rolleyes: But as you can see, 2mbps is a large improvement on 384kbps ;)

Let's put it this way. They have about 40,000 adsl customers. 16,000 of them have signed the petition against tellerskritt...

They are introducing this new junk system that you pay per unit of download, in October. But as long as you're in the period of the "bindingstid" (translation?), they can't do that to you. vitoria, for techie geeks like me it can!! :D

I got 384/128 kbps currently. With 640 out that ftp server should be a lot more useful! :D
