Not per sé. I've read that their 3-5-2 is more of a 3-4-1-2, I imagine their advanced midfielder will mark Pirlo in that case. In a 4-4-2 it's more likely one of the two strikers to drop deep and mark Pirlo. And the remaining striker will play 1 vs 3 in that case.

What are Celtic playing a 4-4-2 or a 3-5-2?
