No, he's a striker. He may tackle well, but that's just an extra when compared to his scoring and passing abilities. He is a very complete player, but he's best used at the forward position.

That's true. I don't think that Moggi would loan any defenders if we bought them. It'd be very very foolish. Tevez isn't really a replacement for Nedved, IMO. He's more of a replacement for Del Piero, or rather an upgrade. Tevez will play forward, behind the forwards, or playmaker...

He does play for Leeds. So, that has to be taken into account. Also, this is his first season as a constant first-team starter.

Yeah, Alan Smith has become one of my most favourite players recently. He has a passion for the game that a lot of players lack nowadays and his total-pitch work-rate is phenomenal. He'd be a great addition to any team, IMO.

Who cares if he scores 30 goals? He's got good ability and he's a type of player that we don't have. Nobody on our squad scored thirty goals last year and we still did fine. I don't understand the obsession with a thirty goal season.

Xavi si way better than Tacch going forward. Xavi has a shot that goes on net, Xavi passes very very well, and Xavi has vision. He is creative and it's central midfield creation that has lifted Barca out of their slump. Riquelme's in a different league? Yeah, it's called division two...

Okay people, we need to realize something. We can't have a bunch of small forwards and no tall ones. We have a lot play from our wings and it'd be wasted with such small forwards. We don't need to get Gilardino or Saviola unless we're losing Del Piero, Miccoli, and/or Di Vaio.
