Pearl Jam's first album, Ten was a classic for me... Not my fave PJ album (that would be Vs.) but PJ's debut is such a great listen, and could easily qualify as one the best releases during that period... Tad was another seattle band i listened to back then... Heavier than even (early)...

in the beginning you do get a whole lot of crap bands, but if you rate bands/ genre that you like, Launch usually plays bands that is close to that genre.. Say, you rate bands like At The Drive In at 4 stars (maximum), so Launch will tend to gravitate towards bands such as those... The selection...
