I'd like to hear the arguments on how Chiellini is better than Benatia. The guy is a ticking time bomb. How many penalties and fuck ups does he have on his record?

This team needs wingers. You can't rely on Tevez to pull something out of his every time the ball goes in the final third.

Are you guys for real? Benatia is better than Bonucci, Chiellini or Barzagli. You would trade any of them in a second for him, don't even joke. Boateng and Pique are overrated.

Benatia is better than any of Juventus' defenders. The rest are fair game.

3-5-2 stabilizes the defence, but it kills the offensive creativity of the team. It's almost impossible to do anything offensively in these big games unless the other team plays with a very high defensive line.

I see the same arguments made for Cavani here, that one could make for Mario Gomez. No one here realizes since the team plays without wingers, the strikers need to be extra creative to compete at the top.

That's not the issue. The issue is, is he worth spending every last penny the club has, or are there better and cheaper options? A player like Higuain is more creative and has scored 20+ goals for a top club, and not just middle table team on a lucky run like Napoli. Cavani does not have 40...
