I prefer to keep Blasi as sub for Emerson or Vieira. If Oddo is just a sub for Zebina, then Birindell is more suitable as sub. If Oddo is to replace Zebina, then I still prefer Zebina. So better forget this swap deal, our side backs are well covered... :)

Why do we always focus on DP whenever we talk about transfer campaign?! I think DP's attacking position is well covered, no matter Cassano joins and DP leaves or vice versa. Like baggio said, we can't expect anything from a player over 30. It would be a bonus in life if DP's performance...

As Arttk said, he is human and human makes mistakes. More importantly, human is able to realise their mistakes and correct them!! I saw Mutu trained hard and played well in pre-season friendlies, which proves that he made his first step to get his life back on the right track. To redeem...

It is a pity that if Zanetti really joined us, he would be sitting on the bench as well....

hahahaa...yes...beauty is really subjective...from marketing point of view, we can conquer the fans of the world by acquiring good players from different continents...say, nakata / nakaruma for Japanese market, Donovan for Northern American market, Aloisi for Oceania market, so on and so...

To gain more off pitch influence, probably we should also sign a skillful and agile offensive midfielder who can build up some entertaining plays. Although our team is already very concrete, we will definitely have more fans if we have such player, better to be as handsome as possible, like DP.

To make this transfer an ideal one, I think we need a Cammo sub more than a DP replacement.

Don't forget that we have Mutu! If Mutu can preform like what he did in Parma, then probably in next season, we will be looking for a substitute of Mutu and not a DP replacement...

From the economic point of view, DP has to be sold as soon as possible, but AFTER this season. It will make more sense if we gain the most from the sale of DP and probably save the most from getting Cassano next season. To re-gain a NT position for WC06, I think DP must remain in Serie A...

BTW, I am a bit worried about why Zebina, Emerson and DP were all missing in the pre-season matches...a bit strange to these absences of our key players.... Really hope that there isn't deals undergoing...~~~ Otherwise, it won't be an ideal end of transfer campaign~~

I agree to keep DP and forget Cassano...reasons are: 1. Cassano is too expensive, his price tag isnt correspond to his qualities (skill and mental) 2. Although DP is no longer at his top, he can still play another year. He will try his best to re-gain his NT position for WC06. We can sell...
