Why do you seem so determined to talk this deal down? I don't think anyone is suggesting Milan have done brilliantly in this deal, but I still think selling him was undoubtedly the right thing to do.

Not entirely sure. Think it started just because he was playing poorly for quite a large chunk of last season. Then he reacted to it at some point when he was whistled when getting subbed. Don't know if anything has happend over the summer aside from Insigne's girlfriend making some stupid...

He really didn't. May have been okay statistically, but his performances were frequently horrible. He didn't do anything like enough to justify being Milan's top earner.

I'd have no issue with the league being reduced to 18. Virtually every year now there are at least two teams in the league that are just so shit that they are wasting everyone's time.
