Agreed. In modern football, he fits perfectly only in the supporting central striker role of a 352. Actually, I'd be tempted to do it, with monsters like De Ligt and Chiellini, plus Can's apparent ability to be a RCB, also with Cancelo who would be a perfect WRB, and 2 new box to box players in...

The biggest problem was having a left side consistent of Matuidi + Mandzukic. It gets too ugly. Matuidi + a talented left winger could be more passable. But ideally, he shouldn't be starting. Ramsey or Rabiot on his place will be like night and day for this team. Sure could be a useful...
