I know. I'd need to know what alternatives there are out there as I'm still not sure I'd go for Jovetic. But as things stand, I'd find it quite hard to resist the gamble if the deal was reasonable.

There are an awful lot of trequartisti who would look rather good with Vidal-Marchisio-Pogba behind them and two of the three forwards you mentioned in front. Even just a solid, unexceptional player like Vasquez from Palermo would probably do pretty well.

I like Mandzukic and I think this deal is good value. I'm just curious as to how Juve's forward line will look next season and whether the balance between centre-forwards and second-strikers will be appropriate.
