Reports say that Roma have completed a €15m deal to sign Genoa pair Iago Falque and Andrea Bertolacci.

Bertolacci was co-owned by the two clubs, but Gazzetta dello Sport has announced that a deal has been reached for the Italy international to join the Giallorossi.

The report says that Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini met with Genoa President Enrico Preziosi to agree Bertolacci’s return to the club he played for as a youth.

The newspaper believes winger Falque has also signed for the capital club and that the deal for both players is worth €15m.

There are reports that Napoli have made a large bid for Empoli trio Mirko Valdifiori, Elseid Hysaj and Riccardo Saponara.

The Partenopei were believed to be close to an agreement for Valdifiori after a meeting between the two club Presidents last night, but Gianluca Di Marzio has reported that no deal is yet in place.

The report says that Napoli are interested in both the idea of a big deal to bring in the trio, or a single deal for the 29-year-old playmaker.

However, the offer for Valdifiori from Vesuviani President Aurelio De Laurentiis is believed to have been €4m, which is reportedly below the €4.5m plus €500,000 of bonuses offered by Torino.

Di Marzio also reports that an agreement still hasn’t been reached between Valdifiori and Napoli, with problems persisting over contract clauses and salary.

The transfer expert believes the Vesuviani suggested a €23m deal for all three Empoli players which was refused.

However, the report suggests that Napoli could come back with an improved €25m offer when the parties meet again today to discuss the deal further.

:sergio:

Thats €80m for their shirt sponsorship deal alone. We will never compete with these teams if they keep loading themselves with these kind of deals.
That can't be true.

Barcelona would never cheapen themselves by having something as vulgar as a shirt sponsor.

It's be completely against the ethics of that wonderful club.

And they certainly wouldn't put a charity on their shirt for a couple of years (and be hugely praised for it) just to ease the tradition to having a commercial sponsor.

I can't help but fear that as the go down this route they may end up on the slippery slope and lose their cherished position on the moral high ground.

Before you know it, the club, officials and players will be in court on tax/fraud charges and they'll be signing racist cannibals.

He should just join Boca or something.
And Tielemans will not leave, Cambiasso comes, if he comes, as a bonus, not to replace someone.

Let's see, he didn't perform the entire season on his highest level, he was even benched for a few weeks.
But in the playoffs, he showed again what he was capable of, he was our best player there and also scored a few excellent goals.
He should at least stay one or two more seasons at Anderlecht, he needs to show that he can perform an entire season.

Did good, not good enough to earn a transfer.
Thanks i apriciate it:)

So? They think anybody will pay higher than that? Or they want him to leave as a free agent?
kid has like 2 years left on his contract and yes i think city will pay higher than that for 3 reasons - they need english players to comply with the home grown rule, they need a winger, city are stupid enough to pay it. english players carry a premium even if they are shit

oh I thought he had one year left. Agree with City's stupidity, but if Liverpool plays hardball this summer, they'll have a hard time selling him for anything close to 40m next summer.

funny note: I read a comment somewhere from an EPL fan saying "Steling is shit. Just get Juan Iturbe!"

who says they even want to sell?

if no one meets their asking price - he just stays.

pogba like.
he won't sign a new contract.
