Motta will be good even if hes my second choice. I respect how ballsy he is with his tactics. Hes been running a 4141 at bologna.

he’s shown to be very adaptable and I’d argue he’s doing more with less. His base formation fits the current squad. He’s also Italian with ties to Juve while Motta might bounce at the first offer from a bigger club.

With all the nice young players we have the next coach should be someone that can actually develop them. That’s why I’m pro pochettino/Conte, but Montero would be an interesting internal option as well.

If Conte actually wants to come back, holding onto Allegri now makes sense. They won’t fire him because his replacement would be nothing more than a temporary solution until the summer when Conte is free. So unless we continue to collapse I guess they’ll just stick with him.
