You'd have to have social distancing ended. You'd probably also have to be allowing gatherings of a few hundred people, because even 'closed door' games have to have quite a lot of people about.

I'm sure that's a big part of why they aren't saying anything publicly. But if it turns out football could be played in June/July to complete the season, I don't think the TV companies would be very impressed if the football authorities decided against playing out the season.
