Very true, both are vital for the team and both are underrated by some. I think both are similar in class and quality although Marchisio is slightly more important given his role and the difficulty in getting players who can do it as well as him. However, Khedira is criminally underrated...

Pogba isn't really a pressing player, he will get back to defend eventually but only pressures you when you are right next to him or if he looses possession. Whereas Vidal presses you of the pitch then hacks your legs off.

We are talking about now, potential doesn't factor into this. Khedira is always underrated here but is comfortably better than Renato. If your talking about who you would rather buy then it's Sanches because of his potential but that's not what I'm saying. And yes, I don't rate Renato highly...
