I have stated before pirlo won't do work with him and another CM. He needs another 2 CMs along side of him to play... 4-3-3, and 4,3,2,1 are prob his best use at 32, Pirlo ain't going to do much running so he needs people around him to move ..can't seem to see him work in Conte's formation
