It is not official but the Gazzetta claims the verdicts are as follows:
Milan = Serie A (10-15 point penalty & No Champions league)
Juventus = Serie B (20 point penalty)
Fiorentina = Serie B (10 point penalty)
Lazio = Serie B (6 or 7 point penalty)
Basically keep the teams involved in the scandal in Serie A due to the accomplishments of the Italian national side, but the government doesnt have any power in the decision making so there is only a slim chance that an amnesty will be granted.
The Italian justice minster considers an amnesty for the clubs involved in the scandal.

Serie B is at a pretty pathetic standard, Juve would most likely get promotion within a year and maintain quite a few of their players along with sustaining a large portion of their tv, sponsorship revenue, so not so bad.
