exactly my point. all boards make mistakes. but instead of bashing the current board abt players they bring in and calling a player rubbish before they've played for us, show support for the new players.

well, i'm sure no one is happy with a lot of stuff the board has done. i mean, they almost sold chiellini last year.......and can u imagine what would have happened last season if they actually sold chiellini to man city??? but at the end of the day, we can make complaints and write letters...

as much as i wanted alonso over poulsen, i hope that no one else comes in. i want to see marchisio get a run. i dont want him to get a deal like maresca did where he played second fiddle to others and had to leave to show his worth. so unless zanetti or sissoko goes, i think we're fine without xabi.

i dont have a problem with no more transfers. i'd have prefered xabi to poulsen, but poulsen is good enough. besides, marchisio will step up. and as long as de ceglie takes molinaro's spot at some point in the season, we should be fine. at CB we have plenty. chiellini is the only quality one...

yea, fully agree. i've been a big fan of maresca since i first saw him play for juve, and he's a big reason why i believe we don't give our youngsters a fair shot. the board almost sold chiellini last year, nocerino is gone after one season, and now we've given up half of palladino and...

i think poulsen is good, but he's not what we need. we need someone who can take control offensively in the middle of the field. poulsen is solid defensively but i'm not convinced of his offensive game.

yea, i'm all for giving our young players a chance. even if one or two don't make the grade it's still better than buying almiron or tiago who play poorly all season.

i think ranieri like molinaro, don't kno why. that's why i think we won't get a new LB. i just hope ranieri gives de ceglie a chance to show ranieri how a good LB plays.

given that we sell almiron and tiago, there's no reason not to go for xabi. we should be able to get at least 10 mil pounds from selling both.......or am i being too positive?

it's not really a comparison of the type of player but their positions, cuz they are both CM.

yea, i'm all for giving marchisio some major role like we did with nocerino last season. but a case can be made that alonso would help groom marchisio.
