Our Borsch is quite a fenomen ! When Pierluigi Collina arived to Ukraine in one of his first interview he has been asked about his meal. He answered that of course he prefer Italian restaurants but Borsch is something amazing and he always asked for second portion =)

=) yeah... there is no way to have a meal without meat (if you are not a vegeterian of course) In our countries, if you are having meat only once a day you could be considered as a person who is on diet =D

yep... the typical lunch is first meal (kind of hot soup), second meal (meat with garnish), and compote =)
