  1. [SERIE A] JUVENTUS 1 - 0 Siena (01/11/09)

This month will make or break the scudetto run - if we can pick up points from the next 4 Serie A matches we will be on solid footing. I really think Inter could implode at any time if Ibra cools off and Adriano starts to run his mouth and misses practices
  2. [Friendly] JUVENTUS vs Monaco (01/6/09)

This should be a walk in the park - Monaco is not as strong as season's past and the Old Lady seems to get stronger as the season wears on. Do I smell a second half Scudetto push?
  3. [SERIE A] Atalanta vs JUVENTUS (12/21/08)

I agree with the 14 point assessment. Milan is crippled by injuries, but Inter is still going strong. Mourinho always seems to do just enough to win each game. :(
  4. [SERIE A] Old Lady vs Old Men (12/14/08)

Impressive victory for the Old Lady and a fun game to watch. Zambrotta. Sigh. Words cannot describe the nosedive his career has taken. I'm surprised he still gets playing time
  5. [SERIE A] Lecce vs JUVENTUS (12/07/08)

Giovinco needs some minutes, but Del Piero is in pretty good form. Perhaps he can get some playing time in Coppa Italia?
  6. [SERIE A] inter vs JUVENTUS (11/22/08)

The first half neither team played particularly impressive - we started the second half reasonably well, then faded poorly.
  7. [Champions League] Zenit vs JUVENTUS (11/25/08)

Marchiso provides the unexpected, I will grant that, but until consistency matches his ambition, he should only be a super sub
  8. [SERIE A] inter vs JUVENTUS (11/22/08)

Yeah Nedved has really lost a step and it is showing. The rest of the team is playing serie A quality football, but he looks stuck in Serie B
  9. Internationals LIVE

Portugal looked pathetic, but playing Brazil in Brazil is no easy feat. Unless of course you are Uruguay and it is the 1950's.....
  10. Il Capitano Alessandro Del Piero

The odds of Del PIero scoring agianst Inter on a free kick are roughly .38576% I just calculated that myself.
  11. [SERIE A] inter vs JUVENTUS (11/22/08)

Ranieri has trouble relating to players and motivating them, but his time at chelsea he never got out-tactically mastered by a rival. chelsea did make the CL semis a few years
  12. Diego vs. Modric

This is a tough call, but ultimately Modric's form at the international level settles it for me. Diego stinks for Brazil, while Modric did great in Euro qualifiers and Euro 2008. I think Modric would do better in adapting to the Serie A pace than Diego
  13. [SERIE A] JUVENTUS vs Genoa (11/13/08)

3 goals in a single match? I would like to see 3 goals in 3 games :) That would be Ranieri record...
  14. Tiago Mendes

FYI - he's just Totti now because Obi Mikel played an awful game at Roma a few days ago. If Obi gets back to form, then he will be him
  15. Il Capitano Alessandro Del Piero

Great video of Casillas - i'm surprised he did not fall over! Casillas and his wall were poorly organized and Del Piero read it and struck a beautiful free kick
  16. [Champions League] Real Madrid vs JUVENTUS (11/05/08)

I think Sissoko's contract has an unnecessary studs up tackle from behind clause - at least one a game or he gets a paycut :) Great game - the little artist was magical. I knew the free kick was going in as soon as it was whistled!
  17. The...I want this player to Juve thread

Deco deco deco. This little guy could cause so much mischief with Sissoko backing him up and Camo on the wing and Iaquinta up top.
  18. Claudio Ranieri

Yeah, Ranieri has some big wins under his belt and players are coming back from injuries. No manager should ever look past the next game, but he especially is still on a knife's edge.
  19. [SERIE A] Bologna vs JUVENTUS (10/29/08)

Since when is being the next Gerrard necessarily a good thing? hes a great player, but would stick out in the Serie A like the sorest of thumbs. Camo should get some minutes, but come in as a sub - i seriously doubt he is 100% match fit
  20. Claudio Ranieri

Yeah I cant believe how Benitez reacted - these players will play hundreds of games over a career, and he gets pissy that he wants to support his wife and see his kid! I think Juve could step in and nip Mascherano with the right offer. He can't be happy on the bench, and Benitez's 3 striker...
