Nasser is no Marotta. He doesn't have a long term vision. He usually chose the easiest alternative. I think it would be too difficult for him to replace Cavani.

Yeah, Cavani is probably thinking about leaving. PSG already had this situation with Thiago Silva and Barcelona two years ago (+ Marquinhos and Barcelona last year). It ended up with a new contract (and higher wages of course) i think.
