Zlatan Ibrahimovic's agent admitted that the Juventus striker could be the next high-profile player to leave the relegated club.

"It's very probable that 'Ibra' will leave Turin," Mino Raiola said on Italian radio station Radio Radio.

The Sweden international's agent also ruled out a loan move.

“I can exclude that my client is interested in joining another club on a loan as that is a very difficult solution when dealing with such important players.”

"It would be an unlikely solution for a player of his calibre."

The Bianconeri have already lost Patrick Vieira, Fabio Cannavaro, Emerson, Lilian Thuram, and Gianluca Zambrotta since being relegated to Serie B for its involvement in the country's match-fixing scandal.

“The question here isn’t about choosing to play in the Champions League or not. In this case we are talking about Serie B and that makes a difference.”

The 25-year-old forward has had interest from both Serie A Milan clubs and from English Premier League sides, Manchester United and Tottenham.

“There are both Italian and foreign clubs who are interested in the player, I can’t exclude any scenario at the time being,” concluded Raiola.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is on the verge of joining Milan as the Bianconeri and Rossoneri have reached an agreement for the transfer of the forward, for a fee of around 28 million Euros.

With the Old Lady condemned to Serie B football, Ibrahimovic did not hide the fact that he did not want to play in a lower division.

Inter were also after him, but following the signing of Hernan Crespo, the Nerazzurri let go.

The player dubbed as 'the new Van Basten', should have the transfer become official by the end of the day, or latest within the next upcoming days.

tbh i think it was just an over statement that real offered this kind of money and moggi didnt agree.I cant believe that tbh...there r much better players with more potential and their value didnt reach that much, even for RM.

thats an bit over the edge imo, its not only abt cap imo...the coach made some mistakes but for me ibra's personality was his biggest enemy even in that very good first season. That personality that will again stand in his way next season imo, especially the fact that he is going to milan and they have options in his position and the fact that they will have a very long and tough season with the deductions and everything.Imo next season will test his personality very much and will determine whether he will just be a regular player that had a big bag of potential of great player.

Anyways we will come back to meet him next year and kick his ass:D

Milan are not so dumb to buy a player who'll not be talented. All of us have to admit that he's a gifted player. I think with Milan we'll see another ibra. Cappello has spoiled him u know .

Juventus President Giovanni Cobolli Gigli has opened a bidding war for Zlatan Ibrahimovic and demanded the return of the 2005-06 Scudetto.

“If he does leave, then he will go to the club that makes the highest offer,” Cobolli Gigli told journalists at today’s meeting of the Lega Calcio.

“I hope that the favourite for his signature remains Juventus with a new contract, but he’s headed for the side that pays him the most.”

Ibrahimovic has made it clear he has no intention of playing in Serie B following their demotion and threatened legal action to extricate himself from his contract.

Milan have been the favourites for some time to pick up the unhappy Swede, although Inter are back in the running now that Luca Toni has opted to stay with Fiorentina.

Hernan Crespo has joined the Nerazzurri, confirming that Ibrahimovic is top of Carlo Ancelotti’s wish-list in finding a replacement for Andriy Shevchenko.

Juventus have officially started the bidding war with Cobolli Gigli’s statements and it’s reported the Rossoneri are willing to offer up to £17.8m, although the Turin giants are holding out for £20m. The 24-year-old striker was signed in 2004 for £11.5m from Dutch outfit Ajax.

The Juve President also protested at the decision to strip his club of the 2005-06 Scudetto, which was handed to third-placed Inter after the Calciopoli trial.

“We believe there was absolutely no reason to take that title away from us,” insisted Cobolli Gigli. “Our lawyers are continuing to mount an appeal case and among our requests are the return of those two trophies. We want the authorities to take note of the fact this club made a clear signal of change, splitting off from the past Board of Directors.”

The Nerazzurri debuted their new jerseys with the Scudetto symbol during the Amsterdam Tournament last week.

“It didn’t give me any feeling at all to see that, as I don’t go poking my nose in other people’s business. What did hurt me was to see the Juventus shirt without that insignia.”

Cobolli Gigli has made a really good impression on me so far.
