Anyway - I don't have a car. I would be a waste of money in my situation as I have a pass that allows me FREE travel with public transportation all year round. Every student in Holland receives a pass like that

Yep, we had that in Sweden in primary school. The price the schools payed for that was 200 € per person per year.

That adds up to quite a lot in the end.
