I always thought Del Piero would be useful in the midfeild.
I would have used Nedved, but I think he is starting to lose it...

na bro, i really think del piero should convert to an midfeilder. He played on the left flank for Italy and IMO it works for him.

But I guess it is a very attacking Juve...

He played on the left in a 4-2-3-1, where the left winger has much less defensive responsability and is allowed to cut to the inside more often. In 4-4-2 Del Piero can absolutely not play left winger.

Ok.. i agree he isn't suited as a winger... however I think he should play in a deeper postion.. more of an attacking midfeilder.

It allows Juve to use Zlatan and Mutu more efficiently in the same line up.. Anyway its just an opinion.

Most formations in this thread are very similar. One group wants to play 4-4-2 because that's the most suited to our players, and the other half wants to play with a trident attack because they want to include either Mutu or Del Piero.
