How does that NOT matter? That's one of the starting principles of football ffs! And Seedorf doesn't tolerate the bench; he insists on starting and if he doesn't or is substituted because he played bad (which he always does in the NT), he destroys team moral by acting like a cry baby.

like it or not Ronaldo is one of the best strikers in the world, if he is fit and ready he can finish any team.

Yes, which makes it extremely frustrating to watch him. One of the most talented players I've ever seen, and half the time he's unfit or disinterested.
