Igbo, Hausa and Yoruba are the 3 major languages...

I won't classify them and the following Edo, Ijaw, Fulani and Efik as obscure because they each have more native speakers than Bulgarian as an example, or Greek!

Hausa, Yoruba and Igbo together have more native speakers than Italian.

Ayowole would indicate that he is Yoruba...

But Icheawalu sounds Igbo or Tiv...

Well, he is not from Nigeria, his parents are, so one could be of one tribe, and one the other.

Just that I noticed that most "white guys" (I hope I don't sound like some racist, or should I say Europeans? that would leave out the Amis) tend to think of us in not too exact terms, and it pisses me off once in a while.
But to be fair, I have to admit that Africans don't help themselves much either.

He has sadly moved away.

But he seemed to know alot. He said Okacha was the kind of player that always got benched when they played together, not because he didnt have the skill, but because he didnt learn to pass the ball.

He was of the right age too, so i was inclined to believe him.

Well, that probably is because Africa in general is not known, historically, as well as some other parts of the world. Although i find African history among some of the most interesting. Don't ever call me a "white guy" again, I would prefer "cracka'." (kidding)
