- Loaning Shariqi for the serie a gives is an idea wether he fits in at juve. If he does the player will be fully blend in for next years CL.
- Meanwhile, if he fits juventus, he'll add to the push for the 4th consecutive scudetto, wich is nice

Yeah, the cup-tied aspect tends to get overstated as an argument in transfers.

Sure, if two players were equal in every other regard you'd pick the one that isn't cup-tied, but you shouldn't turn down the chance to make a good long-term signing because they'll be unavailable for a fews games in the CL.

Sneijder is also Cup tied so it makes no sense to choose him over Shaqiri. Shaqiri can grow into a great player for us. he is strong, fast and can give us that counterattacking edge.
