all this talk about getting Evra or Grosso... whats wrong with Molinaro..? Hes impressed me and he can only improve defensively... if i were to choose a left back we could realistically sign (which doesn't include evra) then id choose Vargas..
Are you kidding?

You either have seen very few of our games this season or you don't have a clue what makes a good full back.

I can say i've only seen every game that Juve have been broadcast on channel 5 and only highlights of there other games... From what i've seen of him hes impressed... playing 30 + games in a juve team that finishes 3rd means he hasnt done too badly... and we have conceded the least amount of goals at home in the league... i think your being a bit naive and i think ranieri likes him... Im not saying he's the best but i don't think he will be frozen out the squad next season. He is very good at getting forwards and i think juventus are more of a threat down the left hand side with nedved and molinaro in attack.. Camo seems to be on his own down the right hand side.

He has played 30+ games because, since Chiellini moved to CB,he is our only natural LB.

Molinaro's positioning is poor, though it is improving. His concentration is poor. His passing is poor. His crossing is atrocious.

All he has is pace, stamina and enthusiasm. He has remarkably little footballing ability.

Molinaro will be in the squad next season, but there is a reason that signing a quality LB is a priority.

And please don't call my veiws on players naive when you are basing your opinions on a very limited number of games.

:agree: moli is improving but not to the standard that the C.L demands, he will get destroyed, Zambro, who is no doubt one of the best wing backs in the world got eaten alive by c.ronaldo last night. Imagine what would happen to moli.
Fact is we do need a new left back but who is out there to buy?

Agreed...

However I think Moli does a good job at LB and has impressed in a majority games ive seen... look at evra in his first season at man utd... was a good attacker but a weak defender (poor positioninal awareness, and very poor crosser) Heinze played a majority of the games. he has improved so much this season at his defending and now looks more complete as a fullback...

Im saying LB to mee isnt a priority signing as i think Moli has potential and de ceglie returns next season.

CM is a priority and one attacker becuase we have no pace in attack through the middle... no creativity in the middle... and when things are down and tight in midfield we don't have any variety in attack... Just look at the middle period of the season V's Atalanta, Torino etc... Juve lacked so much!

I don't think we need more creativity in CM.

Our problem during that period of the season was that Camo was injured.

So long as we have awsome wide players, we need of CM to be primarily defensive to let the creative players go forward.

we have no pace in attack... Zannetti is old and frail.. we need a better passer, fitter, and younger midfielder... aqui, diego

Trezeguet + del piero - no pace...

Can't just rely on camo to supply trez and del

Zannetti is our top assister this season, and you say he can't pass?

Zanetti is only 31.

Aquilani would be gret because he can defend and so would fit our system. Diego wouldn't fit.

Pace is over rated. Give me experience and know how over it any time.

i say we raid some of arsenals youth , look who they got in there ranks , and who they have bought through , if talent is impressing in the premier league , imagine in seria a , oh my god dont like to think of theo against materazzi imagine , theo putting on the juve shirt *pre orders* , but yeh i think need some young talent who been through the premier league ranks , infact cover for defense , justin hoyte of arsenal is a good one , left back and right back , likes to roam forward and he is unsettled

first buy: JUSTIN HOYTE

in regards to striker , a striker with skill , a sudden bit of magic , do something out of the blue , who watched englands final euro match against croatia , take in mind what crouch did , magician, peter crouch for juve could be interesting

del piero is aging now so obviously dropping pace , and alot of attribute but there again gainging alot i think if we had TREZ - CROUCH up top del piero to the left/just behind them that is a attack force i would like to see

giles barnes of derby county hole load of talent there , he was named the next CR7 , he needs to be rescued , avaliable for about £5m, perfect coupe for us !!!!

even carlos edwards of sunderland , therre again love to master the trade in italy needs a big challenege

so we have

HOYTE
CROUCH
CARLOS EDWARDS
GILES BARNES

i would just like a bit of variety in the team.... we have ALOT of experince and know how... that doesn't get you EVERYwhere... i think we need a different dimension... and we dont have any pace and guile... I didn't say zannetti can't pass... I said we need a better passer... someone who can pick a pass outa nowhere to cut a defence into 2... zanneti is a good simple basic things right
