look, zlatan is playing much more deep with sweden, he was even in the middle of the midfield, not like with juve when he waits those long balls in front.
It is Capello who uses Zlatan wrong. Zlatan works better with a diamond midfield and when he works with the attacking midfielder and the flanks.

yes, thats the thing, i have said it before, i am so mad at capello, we had other options, still he started the same pair every time. :(
It also lies in the Emerson-Vieira combination. I would have played one of them with Olivera and ask Zlatan to take a deeper role. This would have worked also.

It looks that Sverige struggle to score...too many oportunities but no goal yet!
But seriously now, the problem is not from Zlatan. I think Källström is better than Svensson.

Zlatan was upset at the end and he asked for more long balls. I think he wishes that Kovac was Swedish.

hahhah yeah he is really struggling with his midfield actually playing football, how he must wish moggi was still in charge so he could get him to lock the swedish manager in the locker room until he agrees to play long balls up front to zlatan, who will be on his own and have the rest of teh team stand on the 18 yard line and admire his skill

Anyhow,T&T are making history.Their first half of the game at the WC is ended without a conceded goal.
bah... yet another diddy team showing up scotland at a major tournament:oops:

seriously thugh they are doing very well but look at the difference with zlatan in a team that tries to play the ball to him from the long ball merchants that capello made us last year

On the contrary I think Sweden will score if they stop the long balls & go with short passes plus more patience.
