England are so determined to score because they need 6-0 scoreline to ensure top spot in case they draw vs Belgium..
5-0 scoreline would mean a draw will put Belgium at first place but 6-0 would put England first...
I wonder what happens if they win 6-1 and draw vs Belgium - Who will be first? (Panama are more likely to concede another 5 than to score 1 though..)
