Hames or Muller should've won it..Hames was excpetional in every game he played in.

Robben no way.He was meh in the knockouts with poor end product and diving all over the place which eventually earned him a PK against Mexico.

Messi scored against Bosnia, Iran, Nigeria. Got an assist against Switzerland.

:rofl:

I'm trying hard to think of another player who people place in the greatest of all time argument, that has choked so bad at every WC they have been to. 0 goals in WC knockout play over 3 WCs. 7 matches.

I'd place Brazilian Ronaldo over Messi in best of all time argument right now. By a country mile. Zidane, Ronaldo, Pele, Maradona, Puskas for sure... I'd probably place Beckenbauer and Romario ahead of him too. If Messi goes his whole career without a WC knockout goal that should (but likely won't :sergio:) severely tarnish his legacy.

YESSSS!!!!!

SO happy Argentina lost it.

No one desrved it more than Germany,really what a GREAT team.one level above everyone else this WC.

Amazing stuff.
Also today Argentina were pussies,playing for their 0:0 or 1:0 like they did the whole fucking tournament.
It would have been ugly if they would have won it.

Germany won it and FULLY DESERVED IT!!:tup:

And Sooooooooooooooo Happy for the Argentinian loss because of Carlitos!!!
This asshole took Palashitios and Higuain over him what a fucking loser :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

He deserved the loss!:lol::tup:

Muller or Robben as the players of the tournament imo. James was great, but QF isn't enough for one to get that accolade. Electing Messi on the other hand is absurd and makes a complete mockery of the award.

    It's not James' fault that the Spanish ref allowed a WWE match in the middle of the WC.

    See you in four years.
