JCK is right though, there is something about Argentina in this tournament. Germany look like Kazakhstan out there.
They have a way of defending that stops the opponent from switching flank in one ball, something that helped Germany a lot in this tournament. Germany are finding themselves needing two or three balls to change flank which is more than enough for Argentina to tighten up the other side.

They really have been immense defensively. Mascherano, Garay and Rojo are great this tourney.

Argentina are lined up in straight fours like in the Juve - Capello era. Boy that brings back bad memories, they're gonna lose this one.
Maybe defensively but they move forward in a very efficient manner unlike Capello's Juve who would simply hoof the ball in the air wishing it would reach Zlatan.

Oh and JCK, to make this seem like destiny even more for Argentina, just look at how well their keeper Romero has been playing  This guy was a flop at Sampdoria, they would always bench him and couldn't wait to get rid of him and at this tournament he has been amazing.

Everybody was talking about Costa Rica as the Cinderella story but the real Cinderella story is right there in front of 4 billion spectators.
