If I am Woj, I will take those Saudi job. 2 years there I will become a multi multi millionaire

I will buy club in second division of each top 5 European league (EFL Championship, La Liga 2, Serie B, Ligue 2, Bundesliga II) when I retire
Then I will talk with Juventus DS for partnership, so basically Juve better send the players from next gen to my clubs for playing time. My target are as fast as possible earn promotion to top flight and Juventus will have loan farm with top flight football with the sole mission not to be relegated each year ( sometime go for European football wont be hurt)

I will use my clubs as non EU farm for Juventus, when they get their EU passport Juventus can take them as long as they help to facilitate the deal in the first place. We can take the deadwood from Juventus if needed, at least those players still not really bad to help my clubs avoid relegation

He made a shitload of money at Juve, plus got a nice little severance package, so he and his family are set for life minus some serious fuck ups.

That being said, there's no such thing as too much money, so I'd definitely be tempted.

I just wouldnt want to move there for 1-2 years and bring my family and kids there to play meaningless football I dont care about for money I dont need and will never actually use. That would quickly go from playing for the love of the game and passion for a club to being a job and working for a paycheck when you're counting down the days. Why do that if you dont need to, especially if you want to move your family?

If I wanted to keep playing, I'd figure out where I want my family to live, and explore opportunities from there and see if I could make something work.

Sounds like he wants to not work for a while and enjoy time with his family without stressing about stuff like this. And spend proper time focusing on his wife and children before he gets old.

Really respect that, it's a shame more of us don't have the freedom to do the same.

Didn't like him dragging out leaving, but seeing him retiring without easily being able to still collect a good paycheck agree with your post. And he was a man of his word exiting as initially promising he would. Probably took longer deciding going somewhere else or retiring. At least he didn't make Juve pay his full salary. Total RESPECT!

Consistent with the rumors earlier, that surprised me. His family is settled and don't want to move, and he put the family above him. Respect!

He has more money in his left pocket that we will earn in our entire life.

I hope he will visit some games, gets sent all the merch etc. Let's show him love (although we've mutually agreed to give him a nice bonus before he retires)

Szcezsny : “I would have liked to play another year in black and white because I felt I could still give a lot. I will always be a fan of Juve . It was a Resolution chosen by the club: I don't agree with it, but I accept it. I spoke sincerely with Giuntoli at the beginning of last season, when we had to discuss the renewal. We sat in a room for three minutes. I told him that at the end of the 24/25 season I would retire. Then I started reading the news in the newspapers that talked about the negotiations between the club and Di Gregorio. I respect Di Gregorio. I could imagine a scenario in which Perin wanted to leave and he was the second. After the end of last season I was convinced to stay. I heard the news of the negotiations with Di Gregorio, but I didn't expect to be left out of the project. When the deal was closed then we discussed the resolution”.
Giuntoli needs to learn a thing or 2 of people management, judging from this.
