and guess why? Because this incompetent president let Paratici go who was on the verge of bringing Donnarumma and kvat however you spell his fucking name, and the incompetent president nominated Allegri to give input on in his vision and put his trust in tek.
An incompetent president showing an incompetent sporting director the door isn’t the issue. It’s the fact they are both incompetent that has got us here

yup Tici is so incompetent he's built a Spurs worthy of top 4 and helped bring in a manager to achieve that... Look where we are in comparison....
Spurs level is to be a top 4 team. He’s done nothing outstanding for spurs. The best move he’s made is to copy his mentor Marotta by appointing Conte. I also don’t care what paratici did or does for another team. I care about the absolute shitstorm that he created here with signing players like McKennie, Rabiot, Arthur, Danilo etc and massively inflating our wage bill, killing us with useless plus valenza deals and completely neglecting key areas of the team for urgent repair like the goalkeeper, defence, midfield and forward line. Not to mention he oversaw 2 of the worst managerial changes we have ever seen at Juve. The guy is a fraud

And we said no to Donnarumma on a free
To be honest Both arent what we need.
Donnarumma is doing too many blunders.
Woj is a good GK - He is just not a great one.

We need an upgrade over Woj but we need to do similar to what Milan did. They found a better GK who earns way less than him.

He has done well with transfers for them too. Kulu, Bentacur, Romero and Richarlison so far look like great deals. Luring Conte to lowly Spurs is also impressive.

Picking the wrong coach can break your team regardless of what you do in the transfer market. With players you can get some right and some wrong and hopefully much more right than wrong.

With coaches if you pick the wrong one the damage is severe.
Tici’s record with coaches isn’t great. Wasn’t he in charge during the Sarri and Pirlo choices? Was he in charge during Nuno?

Beppe has Del Neri, Conte (twice), Allegri and inzaghi. DN was the only clear miss imo. Beppe is not perfect but clearly on average the guy that rebuilt two sleeping giants takes the cake

Inserting him back in the lineup after the way Perin played is why I’ll never trust Allegri. He doesn’t even bother to see what’s in front of him if he’s got his mind already made up. It’s why nothing changes.

Wait, so Paratici is great again and we are all mistaken/have partial amnesia?
he had an agreement with kvara, conte does his job at spurs = tici's great

and arthur, ramsey, rabiot, spina-pellegrini, rugani's two extensions, new contracts for tek, bonbon & al (etc) never happened

All those would be WC with a good coach. Ticis eye is without error

Every signing a big club makes could be good in the right situation, but making a team, the right kind of players, a coach to work well with them and calculating their durability/injury risk is something that requires an eye. Otherwise I load up FM and say yes this Kvara guy is good and sign him, but put him in the wrong team and he's another dud signing you beat the ds with.

Often I think teams just fluke it a little bit, but there are lots of gambles like that. The thing is PL teams can afford to try again every year as they have the money. Some teams pick a potential great coach who turns out to be one, and they make almost every player look better. Others turn out to be great coaches at a certain level only, or they are great at one particular thing. It depends what stage of the team build you're at also.

Go to our future coach thread and you'll have all different opinions because no one has an actual answer, other than saying anyone will be better than Allegri. Which they might well do, as he seems to have lost some players. But there is no guarantee a proven "great" coach like a Zidane would transpose what he did at Real Madrid here, it's two teams in very different stages of growth. We need someone to pick it up and improve every area with enthusiasm.

just less than 2 years for this guy and we are free. Also please not Donnarumma, buy good keeper who is on normal wages like Milan did with Maignan - they never looked back at Donna. Its not worth paying 7m or more to a GK when ur mediocre team, this type of money should only be paid either for WC GK or by EPL teams.
