It seems we're pushing for him now that Neto is out.

No rumors about the fee yet but we've already got an agreement with Szczesny. 4 year deal, 4.5mln/season :baus: so this clears the picture. If we do sign him (which we will imo) he'll play quite a lot, if not majority of the time.

I've read it'll be for about £13m (whatever that is in Euro).

It seems that Arsenal wants 15mln while our offer is 8.5mln. First offer was 5mln but we raised it ala Marotta.
 I can imagine a french dude like Wenger everytime he has to face a deal with Beppe

Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny is closing in on a move to Juventus, sources in Italy have told ESPN FC.

Talks are at an advanced stage between Juventus and Arsenal and the Italian champions hope to finalise his signature next week for a fee in the region of €9 million.

Szczesny has spent the last two seasons on loan at Roma and his performances in the Italian capital have alerted Juventus.

Poland international Szczesny is entering the final year of his contract at Arsenal and the Gunners want to sell him this summer rather than risk letting him run down his contract.

Juventus are in the market for goalkeeping reinforcements with Neto set to join Valencia and they see Szczesny as a possible long-term replacement for Gianluigi Buffon.
Grazies, we just got the best GK in Serie A for nine million.
