It seems legit that we are going with the 4-3-3, but I am quite curious as to which players would be dropped. Tevez is a definite NO in 4-3-3, he wouldn't be half the player he is now and not even talking about his best days. Llorente will thrive, Osvaldo might too.
We have to change the 3 midfielders as well - Pirlo would need to defend a LOT more in 4-3-3, otherwise we'd be loosing either Vidal or Pogba as a force forward. Not that they couldn't take turns and have even more oxygen, but they are doing great now. Yann M'Villa for the DM spot? Or we are taking Marrone back?

But the vision of the Bianconeri future doesn't end there, with the powers that be at Corso Gallileo Ferraris set to launch into the transfer market with an assault dictated entirely by Conte himself. According to well-informed sources, the coach has given director-general Giuseppe Marotta and sporting director Fabio Paratici the brief of signing Fiorentina's Juan Cuadrado and Alessio Cerci from neighbours Torino. The intimation is that Conte sees Juve's shape changing - potentially to a 4-3-3 - as they attempt to replicate their Italian dominance in the Champions League in years to come.

Buffon
Litchsteiner Barzagli Chiellini (ie)Rogriguez
Vidal ----- Pirlo ----- Pogba
Cerci(berardi) ----- Llorente(immobile) -----Cuadrado(tevez)

Yeah, that sounds great, but see the source.
I think there's some truth in this despite the source. Cuadrado might not come but it'll be someone else then. Cerci should be pretty easy to get with Immobile's half + Gio/cash offer (Immobile though ;().

Cuadrado is the best option for us and Marotta has a difficult task ahead of himself. The club either decides to splash cash or try some sneaky methods to get Udinese's half. Viola not qualyfing for CL could help too but it still will be difficult.

I think the changes are coming. Conte might be stubborn but he clearly sees difficulties encountered in CL. Besides he never opted for 352 in the first place he wanted to play something different.

cerci is valued at 18 million and giovinco is valued at 12 m so an offer like giovinco+ cash should be fine. No need to give away immobile. we could ever buy half od marrone, zaza and offer it to torino.

I'd prefer if we could loan out Giovinco for a season to some mid-table counterattacking side. It will allow him to play in a situation where he can really shine and afterwards will hopefully facilitate a transfer out of here for 10+ mil. Right now, I can't see anyone paying 10+ mil for him.
