Bild reports that de Bruyne to Wolfsburg is done deal for around 20m€ until 2019.

Bremen CEO Eichin has stated today, that Bremen are prepared to add during winter and he stated explicitly in Weser Kurier (most reliable source for Werder), that they r searching for a right defender, as RB Fritz left training camp injured and their defense in general is a joke.

Bremen dont have money so they have to be creative to find solutions. They still have Gebre Selassie, but somehow Dutt doesnt rate him too high, as I have no clue how any sane person could prefer Fritz instead.
The corporation between Juve and Werder makes it IMO very likely, that the interest is real and that this deal could happen. Bremen is poor, but 1m deals r always possible.

We definitely won't have much money to spend. All these renewals will cost a lot, increasing the payroll which is already around 130/140M gross (players + staff).
Plus we don't have Champions League money. Agnelli said that Juve has a "fire power" of 200mi anually (for wages + transfer fees), and we are still paying a lot of old transfer fees installments. (around 50/60M yearly). So currently Juve is already in its budget limit I guess. And there is the investment in Continassa.
Considering that Vucinic, Quags and Giovinco's contracts will end in 1 year and a half (june 2015); that they are barely playing this year, so their price is going down; and that they are already in the wrong side of 30s, I think we should sell them all next summer to fund new guys. Gotta capitalize on them while we can.
So assuming we'd get around 25/30M for all the 3 of them together + 3M for Padoin, we could buy:
- 10M half Berardi
- 6M half Gabbiadini
- Menez on a free
- Decent/good LB (like Sevilla's Moreno e.g) for 10/12M.
With Menez and Berardi Conte could realistically consider a move to 433:
Buffon / Litch - Barzagli - Chiellini - LB / Pirlo - Vidal - Pogba / Berardi - Tevez - Llorente

Storari / Caceres - Bonucci - Ogbonna / Peluso - Isla / Asamoah - Fausto Rossi - Marchisio / Menez - Gabbiadini

You forget Adidas money from the new contract. That will add to the budget even just a little bit. But otherwise yes, Juve can't go out and invest big for Mata etc without selling a valuable player. Having players like Quagliarella and Vucinic on the bench is also too expensive in terms of wages. We should let them go and bring in youth instead. Rotation for Serie A and Coppa and field the absolute best XI in Champions League next season. This economical situation only adds to the interest of bringing in Berardi and Leali, one of Gabbiadini, Immobile, Boakye, Zaza and strike when Murru is out of contract by July. Fausto Rossi or Marrone wouldn't be a bad choice either, but currently the CM is well occupied given none is being sold. Those would be cheap and smart deals, and hopefully the sales of De Ceglie, Padoin etc would fund to a 15-25m € player of quality. Storari is out of contract July 1st as well, he might be leaving.
