There r actually a lot of young and very highly rated CB's in Germany.
1st category r IMO players like Ginter (19, Freiburg), Rüdiger (20, Stuttgart) and Tah (17, Hamburg), but there r some more who r already starters and have shown promising performances like Knoche (21, Wolfsburg), Süle (18, Hoffenheim) and Brooks (20, Berlin)
Then there r some talents being squad members, but not being good enough yet like Akpoguma (18, Hoffenheim), Ayhan (19, Schalke), Sarr and Günter (18, 19 both Dortmund) or Wein (19, Bayern). Kempf belongs into that category.
He isnt a starter and has been given just a few chances, where he didnt convince at all and has shown not much to say that he is ready and stable enough. It's very unlikely, that he would be an instant help for a club of the stature of Juve and 5m would be definitely too much IMO.

i watched a few stuttgart games and i think this guy is nothing special... i remember he played at RB more than CB.
isnt kempf just 18 years old.. i think he may end up as the best out of these young german CBs you mentioned (ginter from freiburg too is realy talented) because if juve, bayern and dortmund are after him he must be someting special..

Of course he might become good or even one of the best of this lot. Right now he is one of the worst of all the names mentioned.
Rüdiger has always been rated very highly and won the Fritz Walter Medal in Gold in 2012. He is a beast and RB is obviously not his best position, as he is not mobile enough with 190cm. He has played as CB all season though.

You wont find the name Kempf there, as he has never been one of the hottest prospects in Germany. The clubs mentioned being interested r very speculative. I very much doubt for example, that Bayern or Dortmund r interested. Do u have a reliable source, preferably German, for that argument?

VFL Wolfsburg manager Allofs announced yesterday, that they have an agreement with the player and de Bruyne ll only go to them. The deal is not finished but they r obviously very close to it.

They have to pay around 18-22m€ to Chelsea with a salary believed to be around 5-6m gross for his services.
