4-3-3 is easy. you would have to do little corrections for it to work. drop bonucci or asamoah and put in a winger. we can still use the 3-5-2 in the serie a but i would prefer a counter attacking 4-3-3 in europe...

We can win Serie A with any formation IMO.
To change to 4-3-3 requires one great winger, and you can shift Tevez to the other wing. If you sell Bonucci (since you're moving from 3 CBs to 2) you can finance about half of that purchase.
And we'll still have all the players necessary to play 3-5-2 as well, in case we encounter any problems. It's certainly attainable IMO. I agree that changing to 4-3-3 just to field Cerci and Berardi or something on the wings is dumb. But I think doing better is certainly possible and should be the goal.

Currently in this Juve squad there is only one player that could be considered an actual wingback which is Isla. Currently I think Isla has been preforming very well however Licht is the player who will start and he nor Asa are wingbacks. So we technically need 2 proper wingbacks.(Like MikeM said, there is no player who is an actual wingback) Then you also have to think about the situation with Pirlo. With a 3-5-2 Pirlo and Bonucci are the long ball passers and the ones who try to dictate the play. Who would we get to replace pirlo? Veratti? He will cost around 30m or Pogba. I dont see how some people say it would be cheaper to keep the 3-5-2 given we dont even have the players to play the 3-5-2. A 4-3-3 with tevez in a free role would require a winger and a lb while a 4-3-1-2 would only require an attacking midfielder/ trequartista and a left back. Sure it would be probably be slighty more expensive however there are more attacking midfielders, wingers, and left backs then there are registas and wingbacks.
Also, yeah we could afford Di Maria. But only if we concentrate on selling players for the sort of prices most other clubs manage.

For example what can we do if a russiam team is offering 15 m for our player but that same player wud rather go to another italian team where they are offering a cheap fee?

Thinking just CL is ridiculous. If we play with 433 in CL then we would play mostly with it in Serie A too.
I love these theories "we get 35mil on sales and buy someone for 25mil, we actually get richer". When is the last time that we actually got that much for selling players? When is the last time when we got more from sales than what we lost buying? We can't sell players at all, we fucking suck in selling players. And that ain't gonna change while Marotta is in charge.

how is this supposed to work? we train and play 352 all season long and when we get to the cl knochout stages we just switch to 433 and magically crush real, bayern and barca just because "hey, 433 is great in cl"?
not to mention that tevez will obviously be fine with getting benched for the most important games. oh and i guess the 433-wingers, who are (most likely) not suited to the 352, will also be fine with being benched all season long and then get thrown on against the top teams?
so i guess we will abondon 352 altogether?!

Well we were fucking stupid agreeing to loan him out, getting shafted by Gala and then loaning him out AGAIN. But if we didn't act like pussies when selling players then there is no reason why we can't get decent prices for our decent players. We shouls be able to move Scudetto winning Italian Internationals on for reasonable fees. Then we re-invest that money on the squad.

i would not see bonucci unless we but a top young replacement (ie. kurt zoumba 
) and with barzagli getting older it is not really ideal. I would rather see vucinic, giovinco, isla and padoin etc... but not bonucci. i see chiellini + bonucci as our starters when barzagli retires.
in terms of 433 i would get menez (free), berardi (back buy), bonaventura (loan) and someone like pedro/dimaria/cuadrado/griezmann (which is affordable if you use 10m for vucinic, 12m from giovinco 5m from isla etc.....)
