I always liked Pastore. I think PSG destroyed him, but I'd welcome him here for sure.
The funny thing about Pastore is that he had a really good 1st seaason at PSG, when you consider his transition to a new league, his position, and his age at the time.

I really don't know what has happened to him in the past 1 1/2 seasons, but I really didn't hear many compalints form PSG after his first year with them.

I'd just like to see a transition to 433.

Litch is a better RB than a RWB. Asamoah would be a better DM/CM than a WLB. We need to have more offensive wide players.

So a decent LB and a good RW is what we need, basically. Bring Berardi back and we're done, with good options for a 433.

Buffon (Storari);

Litch (Caceres), Barzagli (Bonucci), Chiellini (Ogbonna), LB (Peluso);

Pirlo (Asamoah), Pogba (Marchisio), Vidal (Marchisio);

RW (Berardi), Tevez (Giovinco), Llorente (Quagliarella).

Looks good to me. Spend 8/10M to get a decent/good LB, and 15/20M to get a good RW. Forget about Nainggolan and other CMs. Would be the best formation for the players we have, and the best way to use the whole squad.

You are definitely right. This is just my wish.

While Conte is the headcoach, Juve will look for players within Italy, overpaying if necessary. 352 won't be replaced as long Barzagli keeps playing in the highest level, while Bonucci and Chiellini are still there.

I don't think we'll see relevant development in Europe in this picture, and it will be easy to blame the budget.

Conte is an amazing coach, and this is the price to pay... nobody's perfect.

@Mark,

I haven't seen much of Gauld, what with me not watching Scottish football other than Aberdeen games.

Only time I've seen him was when we played Utd at home earlier in the season (a splendid 1-0 win) and Gauld wasn't a factor in that game - he got a good, hard kick from an Aberdeen defender early on and never really got himself into the game.

He's obviously a good dribbler and has good pace, but haven't seen enough of him to know if he has more than that or if he'll just be another of the zillions of winger/SS type players who are good dribblers aged seventeen and never amount to anything because they don't have a brain.

I don't doubt some big teams are having a look at him (since the big clubs watch everyone these days) but Utd fans are notorious for overrating their players and the Scottish media are clueless about judging talent and potential, so I wouldn't pay much attention to reports on him you may read from wither of those sources.

There's an inquest going on within Aberdeen just now in the youth scouting department since both Gauld and Armstrong (another interesting youngster at Utd) were born in Aberdeen and grew up very much within Aberdeen's catchment area, but ended up signing for Utd.

Heading down to Utd v Aberdeen on January 1st, so may be able to give more information after that.

Look mate, i appreciate your input, but i'm about to ram my knee in your arse and twist it when i read stuff like this.

WHY, do people as yourself keep on posting this goddamn ridiculous lineups of players that is vastly inferior and out balanced to what we have now, just because IT SUITS THEIR GODDAMN MOTHERFUCKING WING BASED PIECE OF SHIT CUNTFARTFUCKINGSHITFORMATION !!!!

SERIOUSLY, LLORENTE ON THE WING AND THE SMALLEST GUY ON THE FIELD IN THE CENTER ????
PIRLO IN A WORKING ROLE ?
SOME KID IMMEDIATE STARTER ?

our 3-5-2 would quite easely rape, rape, rape, rape, rape some more, rape, rape with the fist, rape, add barbed wire, rape and rape this abomination some more.

Berardi against asamoah ? DO YOU LIKE TO SEE DEATH BY MACHETTE ??

Llorente against lichtsteiner? SERIOUSLY ? WHat do you want, to see him take the ball and shield it off A KILOMETER AWAY FROM GOAL cause licht is that much faster ?
Tevez in the center withour reference point, WHY ? GOD WHY? to give trough balls to llorente ? WITH LICHT COVERING HIM ?
HOW ?

Seriously, we can play 352, 4321 and 4312 with out current players, and kick the fucking shit out of that formation.

You are definitely right. This is just my wish.

And whats this bullshit ? The coach who made his massive impact with a true 4-3-3 but switched 3-5-2 to solidify his formation suddenly has an anti winger fetish ? You might want to look at the continious improved results we make under conte.

THE reason we are playing 352 is because it suits pirlo excellently and brings the best out of our midfield, while locking down the flanks with defensive wingers. Its incredibly solid. ANY wing based formation will see vidal and pogba be pushed back deeper to cover, so these wingers need to be bringing goddamn high levels to justify this.
The 352 isnt depending on the defence. As showed against a rampant madrid in form, we did excellent with out 4312/4321 shape, fielding a 4 man backline, that saw caceres, asamoah and ogbonna put pretty good results, while the centre did a great job.
What did we lack ? well simply that marchisio isnt the greatest cam in terms of creativity, but ideal to dislocate the madrid buildup
If we dont get a regista instead of pirlo when he decays, we can perferctly keep 4321/4312 that gets the best out of the cms, with marchisio playing his structural role between pogba and vidal. next/behind tevez would be a new playmaker, alike modric ideally.

Overpaying ? How ? Look at the prices we got our players for. You are comming up with 2012 Cronios arguments that were bullshit then, and are bullshit now.

Conte might have an influence in what direction he wants the incomming deals in, but as evident with the giaccherini sale, he doesnt have a final say.

    Zach chill.

    f*ck it's like you take things personal. So he didn't put players in the right order. Let him do what he wants.

    It doesnt matter how you read it

    what matters is, young unproven kid (berardi) as a winger and tevez as a winger

    its time a few teams give barcelona a hell of a big punch in the balls, so people abandon this "ermagod, 433 king of formations".

    Do i hate wings ? No, i like 4-2-3-1. But we got the best 2 box to box midfielders in the world soon, so we need to accomodate them.

    When you are a juventus fan, learn that its not about "mommy i want this formation, yes dear, here is 100million whorecash".
    No, juventus is about building a team, and modificing it part by part and getting the best out of your team, instead of doing "oh lol this doesnt work, lets sell half the team and get 2 wingers"

    Thats what gloryhunters do.

    but not a single team in past 13 years has won the title using 3-5-2 or playing without wingers.

    most teams played with wingers. only exception is milan, but they had an amazinng offesive mid called kaka backthen

    You are supposed to be a genius but you can't figure out the guys in brackets are subs and he didn't have a RW in the formation so he put RW instead of a player and Berardi as the sub.

    Funny you should say that, but not a single team in past 13 years has won the title using 3-5-2 or playing without wingers.
