Tevez is wasted out wide. I'd play instead a sort of diamond 4-4-2 but we'd need a high quality left back, which is something of a rarity these days.

Also for what we've started with the 4-3-1-2, I'd try that out with Vuc or Tevez as the trequarista, dropping Pirlo and playing Pogba, Vidal and Marchisio/Asamoah. I'd test that out against our next opponent.

We desperately need a Pirlo alternative next season. He can't play all the time. Jorginho would be great, I think he make an instant impact at Juventus but he'd cost a big buck. A player like Baselli may be cheaper but he'd need to develop more.

Cuadrado is a really talented player that could help us alternate between a 3-5-2 and a 4-3-3. If we could perfect both formations and be able to switch easily between them, I think we'll be able to do great things.

Oh, and get Isla the fuck out of here.
