No idea, Anderlecht did receive multiple offers for him and he also received several offers before he signed a contract at Anderlecht but he decided to stay.
I as an Anderlecht fan, doesn't mind him staying.
Why Juve don't know about him, I have no idea, maybe they don't scout such young players.
In general, I have a feeling that scouts in Italy aren't as agressive with respect to signing youngster from abroad as f.e. English teams are.

I used to like Brugge. But that was back when Van Hoove was the manager. When it was a traditionteam. 4-3-3 with high workrate and grid, but like juve really.

Degryse wanted to be anderlecht basically. A retarded idea. Anderlechts own style is something developped over the decades, with training, scouting and identity all around it.
After that failed, managers and chairmen have come and gone. Ungodly money spend and wasted, for belgian norms.
Well, i used to dislike anderlecht. Not the team or the rich mentality they radiate, but cause of the flack i got from their fans. Thing is i kinda like how they became a stable team, that does its best to keep its playing style, despite having lesser generations for a while now. (i'll take the Koller/radzinski generation as a measurement)
They are using to much youngsters at once. But that tieleman is the first massive talent since Kompany. Maybe as good ? incredibly strong benchmark tho
